What kind of projects are a good fit for Full Service?
Full Service is ideal for folks who want a turn-key approach. Perfect for projectes heavy on furnishings, decor, and lighting with minimal finishes and fixture selection (think paint, flooring, counters, hardware).
For these projects, LFID handles everything from space planning, sourcing, and budgeting, to the execution of your furnishings and decor project. This looks like placing your orders, tracking shipments + lead times, receiving items at a local receiving house, and planning for and managing your furniture installation day.

From a single room to an entire home, if you're ready to hand off the reins to someone else, Full Service Interior Design is the option for you!

The LFID Difference
PROCESS | I work with a straightforward process outlined upfront, so you'll always know where we're at in the process and what comes next.

DESIGN FEES | Discovery and Design fees are flat fees agreed upon upfront, and implementation is 20% of your furniture and decor budget.

PRODUCT PRICING | Items are always listed at MAP pricing (minimum advertised pricing) so there's no question about how items are priced.

What clients have to say about working with Lauren...
"Working with Lauren on our lake home was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she understood our vision for the house. What we wanted was not only a beautiful space, but a warm, functional home designed to bring our family together and support effortless hosting.
Lauren took the project from a completely blank slate to a fully furnished, thoughtfully layered home. She handled everything: design concept, space planning, furniture and décor sourcing, managing deliveries, and setting up each room so that it felt finished and ready to enjoy. Her ability to coordinate so many moving pieces across a very large project was impressive and gave us complete confidence throughout the process.
What stood out most was Lauren’s attention to how the home would be lived in. Every room feels intentional, comfortable, and connected, from the main gathering spaces to the lower level and bedrooms. She balanced style with durability and practicality, creating spaces that are both beautiful and welcoming for our family and guests.
Equally important, Lauren delivered everything on time and within budget, with clear communication and an incredibly easy, enjoyable working relationship. We couldn’t be happier with the result and are so grateful for the care and creativity she brought to our home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a designer who is talented, organized, and easy to work with."

Client Experience

"Lauren is a hardworking person of integrity, and was delightful every time I interacted with her. She is truly a high end, luxury designer — though the finished product seems effortless, airy, and like home.
I would hire Lauren again for my next project in a heartbeat."
